Deborrah C. Aiken, an award winning sales associate with Watson Realty Corp., has been successfully marketing homes and assisting buyers in purchasing their homes since 1994. A resident of Palm Coast, she attended St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA and enjoyed 20+ years of sales, marketing, and sales management experience in the food & beverage industry. She held responsible positions with General Foods, Buitoni Foods and Pepsi Cola.

Having completed the rigorous study and practice experience required to earn the (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist designation held by only 4% of Realtors nationally and (GRI) Graduate Realtor Institute held by only 15% of Realtors nationally; she has been awarded the (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative, E-Pro, Integrity Coaching and At Home with Diversity certifications. This Relocation Specialist makes education an essential facet of her business. These designations and certifications indicate an advanced knowledge of the Real Estate industry making her invaluable to her Buyer and Seller customers.

Debbie and her husband, Bob spend their free time together boating, reading and socializing with family and friends. They have also been Guardian Ad Litem in Flagler County since 2004.
